The manufacture’s defect warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover issues caused by damage due to shipment, handling, storage, accident, impact, abuse or misuse. Specific product warranty information can be found on the product support page.

 

We're sorry that your order hasn’t arrived as expected. We do everything in our power to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition but if there's a problem with faulty or damaged goods we will help resolve it as quickly as possible. Just get in touch with our Customer Support Team, send a photograph of the damage and explain the issue and we will help resolve it as quickly as possible. Please note that any damage, incorrect items or missing parts must be reported within 3 working days of receipt.

 

 

Please decide carefully before placing a pre-order because deposit will not be refund unless we are not able to supply. Occasionally, the pre-ordered item will arrive later then the estimated time of arrival and we are not responsible for that. Please do not order if you are unable to wait or the item is time sensitive.
